Shipping Methods
Domestic orders ship with a tracked carrier service; tracking is provided.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control.
Risk of Loss
All shipments are FOB Origin: risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Welli Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or seizures caused by customs, carriers, or regulatory agencies.
International Customers
Buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with import restrictions in their country.
Refunds/replacements will not be issued for items seized by customs.
